Our "circular/weft" knitting capacity is able to manufacture many different types of knitted fabrics, from an 8 gauge all the way up to a fine and rare 32 gauge.

Constructions for example - interlock, single jersey, double jersey, jacquard, pique, ponti, linings, terry, ribs (with/without lycra), sweat shirting, knit mesh (for industrial applications) etc....

For example - BSEN20471:2013 approved high visibility red, yellow and orange fabrics for t-shirts, polo shirts, sweat shirts.  Lingerie, nightwear, school, fast fashion, corporate, rugby (plain & stripe), sports (plain & jacquard), leisure, print based fabrics etc....

Extra coatings can also be applied to certain composition fabrics - hydrophilic (moisture management), flame retardant, ultra-violet, silver+ (anti-bacterial) etc...

Our latest fabric developments being manufactured from 100% recycled yarns (being supported with branded swing tickets), 100% organic combed cotton (GOTS certified).  

Over the coming period we will also be working in conjunction with English Fine Cottons developing, knitting, processing and finishing various weft/circular knitted fabrics using their U.K. spun combed extra long staple "supima" cotton yarn.  Therefore making the end fabrics truly 100% British made from start to finish.

We have various "stock" fabrics for example - sweat shirt brushed back fleece fabric cotton/polyester (cotton rich) finished to 280-290gms sq/metre, 39" tubular in 15 standard stock colourways with supporting 1x1rib to match.
